How long does shipping take?
If you have ordered with express shipping please note: if your order is placed after 12:00pm EDT with expedited shipping, your order will be shipped the following business day.
- Orders made on weekends will be shipped out the following working business day
- If you have ordered with standard ground shipping please allow 5-7 business days for your order to process and ship.
- If you are an international order please allow 6-10 business days for your order to process and ship.
Can I return my order?
Yes, as long as it is still within our allowed 5 days for return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on our accessories, vintage, distressed, or custom made Items.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped your tracking information will be sent via email.
Returns & Replacements
DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE does not accept returns on products ordered from DINASTYSIX.com/ca after 5 days of you recieving it. Accessories, Swimwear, Distressed and Vintage items are NOT returnable, but if they are defective DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE will send you out new product. To initiate your return please refer to the CONTACT US page. DINASTYSIX.com/ca does not refund shipping costs when product is returned. Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT in the form of e-certificates that will be sent via email.
Shipping & Delivery
DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your Canada Post or UPS Tracking number. SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed) PLEASE NOTE: DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Toronto, Canada. Dinasty6 Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Dinasty6 Boutique is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.
How do I return or exchange my order?

STORE SHIPPING POLICY: DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE will ship purchased merchandise at the cost of the customer. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item and the location of the customer. Shipping charges will be determined on a case-by-case basis. DINASTY6 BOUTIQUE ships via CANADA POST and UPS. The item will ship within 5 business days of payment being verified. Currently, Dinasty6 Boutique does NOT accept returns on shipped merchandise and the Distressed and Vintage Return Policy applies to all shipped merchandise
